Hebrews 2:16-18 says that Jesus became like us so He would be able to help us when we are tempted. He understands what you are dealing with & what you are going through; and wants to help. Listen to what verse 18 says... "For in that He Himself (Jesus) has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted."
He's offering His assistance. Take it -- you can trust Him.
