What a title! This is exactly what God is. He breaks through with power for those who are seeking & running after His heart. He saves. He delivers. He redeems.
I've been reading through Chronicles and came on this verse today... "God has broken through my enemies by my hand like a breakthrough of water." 1 Chronicles 14:11 David named the place of their victory, Baal Perazim or 'Master of Breakthroughs!! Don't you love that!?
Inquire of Him, follow what He says, and you will see a breakthrough in your situation.
