NATURE OF A COACHING RELATIONSHIP

The client/coach relationship is a partnership. In no way is the coach the authority in the client’s life. The client sets the agenda for each call. An optional Prep Form, may be sent to the coach at least 2 hours before scheduled appointment. The client is responsible for decisions made and actions taken as a result of the coaching calls. The focus of the coaching could include any of the following: life skills, communication skills, life and business goals, financial management, life purpose work, transitions, limiting belief systems, and relationship skills and coach mentoring.

The nature of the coaching relationship is strictly not psychological counselling, therapy or psychotherapy. If those types of issues become evident, the coach will either work in conjunction with a therapist or discontinue with the client until therapy is completed. Furthermore, the coach is not a business manager, financial advisor, head-hunter, or accountant.

COACHING PACKAGES AVAILABLE

Please note: We highly recommend a 3 month commitment to a plan for maximum impact.

Package A - This package includes three 30 minute phone sessions per month, with 15 minutes per session buffer as needed. Email and short phone calls as necessary. $120/month
Package B - This package includes two 60 minute phone sessions per month. Email and short phone calls as necessary. $135/month
Package C - This package includes two 90 minute phone sessions per month. Email and short phone calls as necessary. $195/month

Payment Terms
Payments are subject to HST and are due by the first of each month. Client may pay online using e-transfer, PayPal or Credit Card.

Confidentiality
All conversations, projects, or documents shared between coach and client are strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without the consent of the client.

Missed or Rescheduled Appointments
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give 24 hour notice. The coach will make sure the appointment is rescheduled.

If coach needs to change appointment it will always be rescheduled.

If client misses appointment without prior notice it is not rescheduled and is considered a billable coaching session.

TERMINATION

The client may cancel this contract at any time. Notice of cancellation must be in writing. Payment made for the current month shall be considered payment-in-full for the coaching agreement unless there is an unpaid balance. In the event of fees owed at the time of cancellation, full payment is due and payable.

CLIENT HAS READ AND AGREES TO THE ABOVE

The preceding Client Agreement is intended to provide clarity, and establish the biblical life coaching framework agreed to work within. Please verify and return one copy of this Client Agreement prior to the first scheduled coaching session.
